| The newest OSHA regulation 29 CFR 1910.178 (1) PITOT
clarifies and defines specific requirements for training
operators of powered industrial trucks. All operators must
receive training under these new guidelines as of December 1,
1999. Lingle Equipment, Inc.'s training course has been
developed to assist our customers in achieving compliance with
this latest regulation. |

trained over a thousand equipment operators under the guidelines
of the new regulations.

| Lingle Equipment Inc. offers courses on all classes of
industrial forklifts (Class I, II, III, IV, and V) as well as
RTFL (Rough Terrain Forklift) and aerial lift (scissor lifts and
booms). Our courses include the required ’classroom’ training,
written tests, and hands-on training elements described in the
regulations. |
